Hallar la ecuación parabólica en su forma canónica utilizando las venas de las hojas, una aplicación a la nueva ciencia agrícola

International journal of applied research · 2018 · Vol. 4(6) · pp. 343–347

Abstract

In this research carried out with students of the Secondary School of the University of Puerto Rico the constructivist methodology was used to teach and to apply the concept of finding the curvature, the zeros and the vertex of a parabolic function by means of its graphical form in canonical form using the Veins of the leaves. At the same time this concept served to explain to students the usefulness of this mathematical concept in the new agricultural and technological science when introducing new fertilizers and fertilizers to plants. In this way the teaching of algebra in its abstract conception is a concrete idea to help the understanding of the same to students of the superior level. In addition, it creates a new pedagogical concept useful for use by teachers when teaching algebra.
