Comparative study of aggression and will to win between defenders and attackers in soccer
Abstract
The study was frame to compare the Aggression and Will to Win between Defenders and Attackers in Soccer of Awadhesh Pratap Singh University Rewa (India). The subjects for this study was taken 40, in which 20 Defenders and 20 Attackers. The Aggression and Will to win of subjects is gauged by Standard Questionnaires. The Aggression Questionnaire developed by R L Bhardwaj is used for the collection of data it contains 28 items and the Will to Win developed by Anand Kumar and Prem Shankar Shukla is used and contains 14 items. It was hypothesized that, there will be significant difference of will to win and Aggression between defenders and attackers in soccer. The analysis of the data was done by applying ‘t’ test. The level of significance was set at 0.05 levels. The analysis of data has been presented in the following order Means, Standard Deviations, the range of scores was calculated and represented in tabular and graphical form. For testing the hypothesis and to find out the significant differences between the means of the both groups the ‘t’ test for independent samples was applied.
