Study of anthropometric characteristics among the university level archers

Abstract

In the present study, the anthropometric measurements and body composition of the university level archers were evaluated and association of these parameters with performance of archers also assessed. A total 30 university level archers (n= 30; 15 males and 15 females) were selected as subjects. The height, weight, body lengths, diameters, circumferences and skinfold thicknesses were measured of the subjects. From these variables, the body composition components were calculated.
