Contributing factors for the development of women’s hockey players in the Punjab state

Abstract

The present study is a research investigation of survey critical analysis of development of women’s hockey players in the Punjab state. The data needed for the purpose of the investigation were collected by questionnaire method. Keeping in view the objectives of the study, multi stage stratified and purposive sampling techniques were used. The data was collected with the help of questionnaire from the respondents of Punjab state and categories and the official record. Different categories of respondents were selected from various organizations, institutions, associations, federations etc. A total number of 100 respondents were selected for the present study only devotion of hockey players toward hockey in Punjab and exploitations of the exiting potential of hockey federations in Punjab
