Population dynamics of pea stem fly, Ophiomyia phaseoli in arid-ecosystem of Rajasthan

Abstract

Population dynamics studies of pea stem fly was carried out during spring seasons of the year 2013-14 and 2014-15 at the Instructional farm, College of Agriculture, SKRAU, Bikaner during rabi, 2016-17. The population of pea stem fly was recorded during, third week of November and reached the peak in the last week of January (4th SMW) as the temperature decreases and further the larval population had started declining gradually as the temperature increases.
