Abstract

The use of chemical insecticides in the fight against pests is a real threat to the environment and human health. Thus, insecticidal plants are therefore a serious alternative to cure this issue. In fact, the extracts (hexane, acetone, methanol) of Lippia rugosa were tested on the adults of Tribolium castaneum to evaluate their insecticidal potential. Toxicity and repellence test were made.
