Abstract
With object to find out superior sub-clones(s) from twenty four year old Keshar population planted at Central Campus, Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapeeth, Rahuri (MS), during primary screening, fifty sub clones were selected and tagged on the basis of their overall performance. These fifty clones were subjected for further study during 2012-2013. Out of fifty, the best five sub Clones viz.RL-21, Rk-18, RK-09, RK-06 and RK-02were recorded their superiority for av. Weight of fruits, Pulp weight, peel weight, stone weight, pulp-stone ratio, TSS, acidity, TSS : Acidity ratio, shape and colour of fruits.
