Effect of integrated nutrient management on growth, yield and monetary of aerobic rice (Oryza sativa L.)
Abstract
The traditional farming of rice cultivation where availability of water is very low, keeping rice productivity at such places rice is a big challenge. The author has recommended to cultivate paddy on such places and to maintain its productivity, by applying this techniques of rice cultivation. In this study, the author undertook to investigate the “Effect of integrated nutrient management on growth, yield and monetary of aerobic rice (Oryza sativa L.).’ The experiment was under taken twelve treatment combinations consisting of six levels of nitrogen and two levels of bio compost were evaluated in factorial randomized block design with three replications. Results showed that among the all the treatment nitrogen application @ 75% of 100 kg N/ha through chemical fertilizer + Azospirillum (N5) was found to be most profitable in term of profitability, yield and yield attributing traits. Bio-compost 10 t/ha (B2) showed significantly improve the yield and yield attributing traits.
