Evaluation of different genotypes on quality parameters of okra [Abelmoschus esculentus (L.) Moench.] under Lucknow region

Abstract

A field experiment was conducted during 2017 at Horticulture Research Farm-II, BBAU, Lucknow, Studies on the “Evaluation of different genotypes on quality parameters of okra [Abelmoschus esculentus (L.) Moench.] Under Lucknow region, revealed that T.S.S (0B), Ascorbic acid, Acidity and moisture percent were maximized. In the present study, 16 genotypes of okra were evaluated for four characters.
