Abstract
This study was designed to evaluate the haemato-biochemical alterations in mastitis cow and normal cow along with compositional change in milk. Overall 53.33% incidence of mastitis on the basis of clinical signs, palpation in udder, CMT test and SCC with 81.25% subclinical mastitis and 18.75% clinical mastitis.
