Abstract
Background and Aim: Gingival recession is a common condition that leads to an unaesthetic appearance. Several treatment protocols have been proposed in the past, which involves complex surgical procedures. However patient acceptance and time constraints are factors to be considered. This case report aims to provide an unconventional treatment approach for periodontally compromised teeth with poor prognosis. A 58-year-old female patient complained of poor esthetics.
