Implant supported Overdenture: A case report
International Journal of Applied Dental Sciences · 2020 · Vol. 6(1) · pp. 63–65
Abstract
Edentulism has been a long standing concern in the field of prosthodontics. Implant therapy today has seen to help overcome several limitations of traditional denture therapy. Implant supported overdentures are seen to be a treatment modality of choice, as they are seen to improve the retention, stability, aesthetics as well as overall patient comfort. This case report aims the throw light on a case of a completely edentulous patient who was rehabilitated with the help of an implant supported overdenture.
