Abstract

Background: The aim of the study is to compare circular Stapler Hemorrhoidopexy and Conventional Hemorrhoidectomy with regards to duration of Surgery, conducted in the Department of Surgery, Bundelkhand Medical College, Sagar. Result: The comparison of mean duration of surgery between the open hemorrhoidectomy and stapler hemorrhoidopexy groups. The mean duration of surgery in the open hemorrhoidectomy group was 43.55 ± 5.39 minutes and in the stapler hemorrhoidopexy group was 30.05 ± 2.65 minutes.
