Abstract

Objective: To evaluate and correlate the early hepatic markers with thrombocytopenia that distinguishes the acute phase of dengue from other febrile illness. Methods: Study includes 50 controls, 54 other febrile illness and 105 dengue infected children between 3 months to 15 years age group.
