Abstract
Background: Vitamin B12 deficiency has been a known clinical entity for long. The present study was conducted to assess hyper-pigmentation in patients with vitamin B12 deficiency. Materials & Methods: The present study was conducted on 32 patients of both genders visited to the department with complaint of hyper-pigmentation. History of diet, jaundice and skin changes was recorded. All patients were subjected to hematological evaluation.
