Abstract
Delusions are defined as beliefs that conflict with reality and often reinforced by the misinterpretation of events. A case report of 50 years female, on medication of depression was treated with individualized homoeopathic medicine Platinum metallicum selected on the basis of predominant mentals including delusions. A significant improvement according to Hamilton Depression Rating Scale was observed. This document shows another aspect of healing of psychological disorders through homoeopathy.
