Abstract

It is expected that the habit of observing standard precaution measures among nurses should have been developed during the course of their training in school. The aim of this study was to determine the knowledge, attitude, self-efficacy and practice of standard precaution measures among nursing and midwifery students in Damaturu, Nigeria. This study utilized a cross-sectional study design, in which self-administered questionnaires were used to collect information from the respondents.
