Effect of zinc nutrition on morphological characters in chickpea

Abstract
Present investigation was under taken in order to know the effect of zinc nutrition on morphological characters in chickpea. Among all the treatments significant increase in plant height, number of branches at different growth stages and days to 50% flowering was due to soil application of ZnSO4 @ 10 kg ha-1 + foliar application of ZnSO4 @ 0.5% as compared to control.
