Records of Orthoptera (Insecta) fauna from Surguja District, Chhattisgarh, India

Abstract
The paper deals with the collection of Orthoptera fauna of Surguja district Chhattisgarh, which includes the study of 41 species pertaining to 37 genera under 5 families. Of these, one species i.e. Pternoscirta cinctifemur (Walker) is recorded for the first time from Chhattisgarh state.
