Abstract

SummaryAn adaptation of the method of Dulbecco for preparation of trypsin-dispersed monkey kidney cell suspensions has been described. Procedures employed yield quantitatively standardized cell suspensions which can be used in the preparation of large numbers of replicate cultures.
