Abstract

SummaryA differential sheep cell agglutination test is described wherein the agglutination titers of human serum for normal and sensitized sheep erythrocytes are compared. High differential titers have been found to occur almost solely with the sera of patients suffering from active rheumatoid arthritis. Some of the features of this serological phenomenon are pointed out, together with its possible practical applications.
